Cass County Highway 20 from Interstate 29 to the Red River bridge, along with intersections and driveways, will have a top layer of pavement placed Tuesday and Wednesday.
Flaggers and a pilot car will direct traffic, which will be restricted to one lane by the construction area.
Short delays can be expected, the Cass County Highway Department said.
