WASHINGTON - North Dakota Republicans John Hoeven and Rick Berg will be sworn in today on Capitol Hill with other new members of Congress.
Beginning at noon, Hoeven will be sworn in on the Senate floor, while Berg will be sworn in on the House floor.
In each chamber, new members of Congress are sworn in all at once.
