Effective July 1, North Dakota home health care workers received a significant reimbursement increase that was approved during the 2009 North Dakota legislative session.
The wage hike includes $1 per hour plus 6 percent for each year of the biennium for qualified service providers, those who care for people with developmental disabilities, and 80 cents per hour plus 6 percent for workers in nursing homes.
