An 18-year-old West Fargo man involved a July 11 motorcycle accident on the Interstate 94 tri-level ramp is in satisfactory condition at MeritCare Hospital.
Zachary Horn, who according to North Dakota Highway Patrol reports fell at least 50 feet from the ramp after he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a cement guard rail, is undergoing rehabilitation at MeritCare after being transferred from Innovis Health on July 20.
