MOORHEAD - A city councilman here has been appointed to the newly formed Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission.
Mike Hulett, a first-term councilman from the city's 3rd Ward, was appointed by Gov. Mark Dayton, Hulett said in a news release.
Hulett will represent District 3. His term starts Aug. 31 and expires Jan. 5, 2015.
