The man, identified as 57-year-old David Palmer, died from hypothermia, the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Palmer’s body was found southeast of Luverne, N.D., and no foul play is suspected, the sheriff’s office said.

The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the sheriff’s office investigated the death.
