Interstate 94 will open to traffic today at 4:00 p.m. Motorists are advised

to slow down, use caution and drive for the conditions. Blowing and

drifting snow with icy roads are reported near Rothsay and in the Detroit

Lakes area.

Interstate 94 was closed about 11:30 a.m today due to hazardous driving

conditions.
