The Big Brother Big Sister Program will hold a free ice cream social July 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Clear Channel Radio parking lot, 1020 25th St. S., Fargo.
The mayors from West Fargo, Fargo and Moorhead will scoop ice cream from 11 a.m. to noon. Other scoopers will include F-M RedHawks players, Hawkeye and Fargo Police Chief Chris Magnus.
