IdeaOne Telecom, Fargo, has promoted Trudy Boelter to dispatch and repair supervisor and hired Daryl Gartner as a customer service representative.
Boelter has been with IdeaOne for more than five years. Gartner has more than five years of customer service and sales experience and is a graduate of North Dakota State University.
