PENGILLY, Minn. - A 61-year-old Iron Range man died Wednesday when he lost control of the semi he was driving near Menomonie, Wis.

Dana Salisbury of Pengilly crashed at about 7 p.m. while traveling east on Interstate 94, the Wisconsin State Patrol reported . Salisbury's rig traveled off the road, the Patrol said, striking a guard rail and barriers at County Highway E before coming to a stop in the eastbound right lane of the freeway. Emergency responders performed CPR, but Salisbury died at the scene.
