Chad Desjarlais has joined Job Service North Dakota, Fargo, and Alicia Rhoads has transferred to the Fargo office.
Desjarlais is a customer service representative. He worked as a transitional specialist for The Circle of Nations School, Wahpeton, N.D., and transitional coordinator for West Central Regional Juvenile Center-Clay County.
Rhoads transferred from the Grafton, N.D., office to the Fargo office as a customer service specialist. She works primarily with its resource area and Workforce Investment Act programs.
Rhoads has a master's degree from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
