Tonight's Johnny Holm concert has been relocated to the Broken Axe in Moorhead in the wake of its cancellation at North Dakota State University.
But the concert is contingent on an agreement between Holm and Broken Axe officials.
Jean Hoffman, president of Horizon Talent, which books Holm shows, said Tuesday night that a contract will be signed with Broken Axe officials this morning.
Cody Bohl, manager of the Broken Axe, said tonight's concert will begin at 10. Admission is $10.
NDSU officials decided Monday not to allow the traditional back-to-school event at NDSU's Bison Sports Arena after fraternity Theta Chi, which sponsors the concert, received an alcohol-related sanction.

The agreement between the Broken Axe and Holm would free the fraternity from a $6,000 contract.
Theta Chi President Rick Wilson declined to comment Tuesday on the rescheduled concert because it wasn't finalized yet.
"As soon as we have an executed agreement signed with the Broken Axe, we will release the fraternity from their contract," Hoffman said.
Janna Stoskopf, NDSU's dean of students, ruled on Monday that the group violated campus policies when 10 or more people consumed alcohol in common areas of the Theta Chi house May 12.
Fargo police observed the violation while investigating a separate incident and reported it to NDSU, Stoskopf said.
Fraternity members are talking about appealing the sanction, which prevents the group from sponsoring campuswide events through January 2009.
