Heavy metal band Kittie will purr and growl at Fargo's Playmaker's Pavilion July 14.
The all-female, Canadian group is touring on its sophomore CD, "Oracle," released in November. Still in their teens, Kittie members play a hybrid of heavy metal, goth and glam.
The band's Web site ( www.kittie.net ) lists other acts joining the Fargo show, which include Poison the Well, Shadows, Killswitch and Hotwire.
Ticketmaster announced Friday that tickets sales are open. All tickets for the show, which starts at 6 p.m., cost $16.
