The loss-prevention manager at Moorhead's Kmart store will plead guilty next month to stealing from the store.
Nadan Kulaglic, 22, 1235 34th St. S., is scheduled to plead guilty Feb. 12 at a plea hearing in Clay County District Court after attorneys on both sides reached a plea agreement.
The agreement would call for Kulaglic to receive a stayed sentence and serve 60 days of probationary jail time, 40 of which would be under electronic home monitoring.
Kulaglic would also pay nearly $10,000 in restitution.
He also faces a felony theft charge that will likely be amended under the agreement.
