The Moorhead Police Department will sponsor a Minnesota Crime Free Multi-Housing Program landlord training session from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 26 at the Police Department, 915 9th Ave. N.
This free training is open to all managers and landlords of Moorhead rental property. Attendees will learn about spotting drug activity, crime prevention, fair housing, applicant screening methods, evictions and unlawful detainers and legal issues facing landlords.
