Minnesota State Community and Technical College has appointed Barry Lane as vice president of learning services.

Lane was previously employed as director of adult programs for the Community Education Consortium. He also brings eight years of experience with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System, having served as director/dean of training and consulting services for Anoka-Ramsey Community College. Lane earned a doctoral degree from Regent University.
