The League of Women Voters of the Red River Valley will hold its 2019 annual membership meeting from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, at Bonanzaville.
The special guest speaker will be Barbara Handy Marchello, co-chair of the North Dakota Woman Suffrage Centennial Committee, which is coordinating statewide activities through 2020 to mark the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment giving women the right to vote.
