A Jamestown loss earlier Friday left the Fargo Post 2 American Legion baseball team as the lone Eastern Division representative still playing in the North Dakota Class A state tournament.
After Tucker Slagle and Andy Leer had their say, though, there were no Eastern teams left.
In a battle of No. 2 seeds - Fargo in the East and Williston in the West - the Keybirds' duo starred as Williston picked up a 7-4 win over Fargo on Friday at Jack Williams Stadium. The loss eliminated Post 2 from tournament play.
