Letter carriers slate food drive May 11

FARGO - The 21st annual National Association of Letter Carriers and National Rural Letter Carriers Association's "Stamp Out Hunger" food drive will be held May 11.

FARGO - The 21st annual National Association of Letter Carriers and National Rural Letter Carriers Association's "Stamp Out Hunger" food drive will be held May 11.

Letter carriers will collect nonperishable food items donated by customers in more than 10,000 cities and towns across America. The event is billed as the largest annual one-day food drive in the world.

Carriers will collect nonperishable items placed near mailboxes and distribute the donations to area food banks.
