LIDGERWOOD, N.D. - School officials where classrooms were destroyed last week by fire say the school will be closed for about three weeks.

The fire last Tuesday destroyed two classrooms and caused extensive damage at the K-12 Lidgerwood School. Lidgerwood is about 70 miles south of Fargo.

WDAY reported that the school expects to be shut down for at least three weeks.

Tony Grubb, high school principal and district superintendent, said churches have helped lend space for elementary classrooms to resume while high school students will be bused to nearby Wyndmere.
