The Los Angeles Times published a cover story today on Fargo, and how it is reinventing itself as a stylish, worldly place.
The article titled: "Fargo Hip? You Betcha", appears on the front page of the one million circulation newspaper.
One resident referred to downtown as becoming "cosmopolitan". The article also refers to martinis at Monte's and trendy coffee houses and specialty shops in the revitalized city center.
Two weeks ago USA Today featured the outmigration woes of North Dakota on its cover.
