Lyndon E. Marshall
Lyndon E. (Frank) Marshall, died on September 10th, 2003 of Alzheimer's at the Encanto House in Mesa, Az. He was 88 years old. Frank was from Forbes, ND, where he grew up on a farm.
During his life Frank was a ranch hand, a professional cowboy, a soldier and a civil engineer. During WWII he served with the 91st recon in the North Africa and Italy campaigns. Frank was awarded the silver and bronze stars. After the war Frank became a Civil Engineer, and working in Greenland and for PKF-Mark III, Inc. of Newtown, Pa. and was a resident of Hamilton Square, NJ, before retiring at the age of 75. Frank enjoyed telling a good story, traveling, and being with all kinds of people. Frank loved the rodeo, as a rough stock rider he was a member of the Turtles rodeo association and was recently inducted into the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame.
He was preceded in death by his parents, second wife Bonnie, his daughter Delia and seven brothers.
He is survived by his current wife Patricia, his two sons, Pat Frank Marshall of Hopewell, NJ, Bill Marshall of Las Vegas, NV., a brother of Ellendale, ND, a sister, three step children, Mark, Patti and Teri, and a large extended family, that includes many grandchildren, great grand children, nieces and nephews.

Frank was honest, intelligent, had a big heart, and he was genuinely a good person. One of Frank's greatest virtues was his ability to make the best of any situation. He was well liked by everyone who knew him and he will be sorely missed.
