Roxanne Mairs, Fargo, and Scott Ellis, West Fargo, announce their engagement.
Parents are Dean and Judy Mairs, Lisbon, N.D.; and Suzanne Ellis and the late Jim Ellis, State Center, Iowa.
Roxanne graduated in 1989 from Lisbon High School and in 1993 graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor's degree in interior design. She owns Mairs Design, Fargo.
Scott graduated in 1982 from West Marshall High School, State Center. He is a partner in Sensible Security, Fargo, specializing in commercial and residential security system installations.
A July 17 wedding is planned at Living Waters Lutheran Church, Fargo, followed by a reception at the Ramada Plaza and Suites, Fargo.
