Man, 29, accused of cutting roommate

WAHPETON, N.D. - A 29-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of aggravated assault after cutting his roommate with a knife at their home in Hankinson, the Richland Sheriff's Department said.

WAHPETON, N.D. - A 29-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of aggravated assault after cutting his roommate with a knife at their home in Hankinson, the Richland Sheriff's Department said.

Ruben Patino, of Mexico, was arrested after St. Francis Hospital in Breckenridge, Minn., called the department about 3 a.m. while treating Vicente Clemente, 43, address unknown, for a deep facial cut.

Patino is being held in the Richland County Jail for the U.S. Border Patrol. Clemente was treated and released.
