FARGO – Police arrested a man in downtown Fargo early Sunday morning after he allegedly hit another man over the head with a beer bottle.
Wani Oliver Eluzai, 32, of Fargo was taken to the Cass County jail after the reported assault at Old Broadway at 1:36 a.m. Sunday.
Police charged Eluzai with aggravated assault, a Class C felony.
The 29-year-old victim was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.
