A 23-year-old Fargo man accused of beating another man with a golf club appeared in Cass County District Court Monday.
Raul Badillo Jr. was charged with aggravated assault, a Class C felony. Bail was set at $5,000.
West Fargo police said Badillo got into a fight with 21-year-old Robert Stamm of Fargo early Sunday.
When officers arrived at a residence at 820 8th Ave. E., West Fargo, they said they found Stamm bleeding from the neck and with other serious injuries.
Both men were taken to Innovis Health in Fargo, where doctors operated on Stamm and treated and released Badillo.
