CASSELTON, N.D. - A 22-year-old man faces several drug-related charges after Cass County Sheriff's authorities executed a search warrant Tuesday morning in Casselton.
According to a media release:
The Sheriff's Office and the Cass County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 41 8th Ave. N. #17 and found drug paraphernalia and about 42 grams of marijuana, packaged for delivery. The street value of the drugs is valued at about $600.
Rory Utvick was arrested and charged with possessing marijuana with intent to deliver, felony drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
Additional arrests might be possible pending the outcome of further investigation, authorities said.
