FARGO - One man is facing numerous charges after being busted for drugs late Monday evening.
Fargo Police were dispatched to the 4300 block of 10th Street on a report of possible car prowler. While officers were searching the area, officers discovered three males in the area, who immediately fled on foot.
Officers located and detained two of the males, approximately one block away.
18-year-old Colton Schock was uncooperative and actively resisted arrest. During the struggle with Schock, a large baggie of marijuana fell out of his pocket. After Schock was restrained and searched officers discovered 117 hits of LSD in stamp form in his wallet. Officers also found several rounds of 9mm ammunition in Schock’s pockets.
Officers, along with the K9 unit, followed Schock's route back to his original location and located his vehicle. While searching the vehicle, police found a large amount of marijuana, as well as four fully loaded pistol magazines.

In the Cass County Jail, Schock confessed to authorities of having a firearm when he fled on foot and told officers where he discarded the weapon. Officers found a 9mm firearm in a dumpster near the area.
Schock was arrested for possession of a hallucinogen with intent to deliver, marijuana sale/possession/intent, preventing arrest. He also may be charged with possession of a concealed weapon.
Police seized the following items: approximately 1.3 pounds of marijuana, 117 stamps of LSD, $905.00 cash, Smith & Wesson 9 mm handgun, four full magazines and loose ammunition and three cell phones.
