A 31-year-old man accused of causing an apartment fire in downtown Fargo Friday was charged Monday with felony reckless endangerment.

Christopher Rowley Becker was in Cass County District Court, where East Central District Judge Ralph Erickson set Becker's preliminary hearing for 1:30 p.m. Nov. 21.

Becker was arrested Friday night after firefighters responded to a blaze at 14 Roberts St. The fire was extinguished in minutes and no injuries were reported.

Becker also faces a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge.

Bail was set at $2,500, 10 percent cash. He was not in jail Monday afternoon.
