A 22-year-old man faces Cass County District Court charges of conspiracy to manufacture controlled substances.
Court records state police arrested Levi Carl Thompson, no permanent address, Wednesday after finding him at 1001 8th Ave. N., Fargo, with the makings of a meth lab -- solvents, pill grinders, muriatic acid and glassware items. He appeared in court Friday.
If convicted, Thompson could receive up to 20 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.
