A former Moorhead man was sentenced in Fargo's U.S. District Court for escaping from prison.
Alan Ray Rick, 39, escaped from federal custody while on furlough from a federal prison in Waseca, Minn., court records say.
He was ordered to report to Centre Inc., a halfway house in Fargo, but failed to show, according to court records.
U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson recently sentenced Rick to 15 months in prison.
Erickson also ordered Rick to complete two years of supervision once released from prison.
