The 18-year-old West Fargo man who fell at least 50 feet from the Interstate 94 trilevel ramp in Fargo on July 11 after his motorcycle struck a cement guardrail is still hospitalized.
Zachary Horn pulled up the front tire of his 2005 Suzuki motorcycle as he entered the I-94 east ramp about 9 p.m., but lost control when he brought the cycle down, causing him to crash into the guardrail, according to North Dakota Highway Patrol reports.
Horn was taken by ambulance to Fargo's Innovis Health, the patrol said. A spokeswoman for the hospital said his family declined to release his condition.
Horn was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, the patrol said.
