A Fargo man pleaded not guilty Thursday to a charge of aggravated assault in a case in which the victim suffered a severed tongue and broken bones in his face, according to court records.
David A. Morin, 28, also pleaded not guilty to a charge of interfering with a 911 call and giving false information to authorities.
The charges, filed in Cass County District Court, stem from an incident in September at a south Fargo apartment.
Morin is being held in the Cass County Jail.
