Man sentenced for robbing credit union

A 47-year-old Erskine, Minn., man was sentenced Monday in federal court to three years and five months in prison for the armed robbery of a Moorhead credit union in August.

A 47-year-old Erskine, Minn., man was sentenced Monday in federal court to three years and five months in prison for the armed robbery of a Moorhead credit union in August.

David Joseph Dornbach was also ordered to pay $7,689 in restitution.

Dornbach pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in December to one count of armed bank robbery in connection with the robbery of the Affinity Plus Credit Union Aug. 20.

He entered the credit union and robbed an employee using a knife.
