A Moorhead man was sentenced Monday in Clay County District Court to six months in jail for his conviction on one charge of possessing child pornography and one count of making terroristic threats.
Gary Lee Johnson, 30, who has already served the time, was also ordered to pay a total of $364 in fines and fees.
A judge earlier found Johnson guilty of transferring an image of a nude girl from one cell phone to another.
Johnson pleaded guilty to making statements to the effect that he would shoot police if they came to his door.
