One person remained hospitalized in Fargo on Sunday night after two snowmobiles crashed head-on in Cass County on Saturday.
The Cass County Sheriff's Department said a deputy was called just before7:30 p.m. to the crash two miles north of Oxbow on Cass County Highway 81. He found two snowmobiles sitting face to face, both with front-end damage, at the crest of an approach.
The driver of one of the snowmobiles, Evan Tweed, 28, Fargo, was thrown off and injured his leg.
Tweed was taken to Innovis Hospital by ambulance. He still was there Sunday night, but no condition report was available.
The driver of the other snowmobile, Kris Kevorkian, 31, Fargo, also was thrown but was not injured, the sheriff's department said.
