Man who fell from ramp out of hospital

An 18-year-old West Fargo man who fell at least 50 feet from the Interstate 94 tri-level ramp in Fargo on July 11 after his motorcycle struck a cement guardrail was released from Innovis Health.

Zachary Horn pulled up the front tire of his motorcycle as he entered the I-94 east ramp about 9 p.m., but lost control when he brought the cycle down, causing him to slam into the guardrail, according to North Dakota Highway Patrol reports.

Horn's family had declined to release his condition during his 11-day stay at Innovis.
