VERGAS, Minn. -- The fourth annual Vergas Maple Syrup Fest will be April 5.
A pancake feed will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Vergas Community Center. The cost is $5 for adults and $2 for children under age 6, with a $15 maximum per family.
Maple sugar cotton candy and old-time music will accompany the pancake feed.
Tours of the Sugar Houses and horse-drawn wagon rides between the Community Center and Main Street will be featured. Maplewood State Park is offering a $2 pass.
There will be a square dance from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in the Community Center.
