WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) _ The North Dakota National Guard says a group of Marine reservists are being activated for duty in Iraq.

The Reserve Marines from Wahpeton are assigned to the Detachment Military Police Company, Headquarters Battalion, 4th Marine Division. The Guard says they will deploy to Iraq next spring after training, and will be on duty for about a year. Marines from Wahpeton to deploy to Iraq 20071108
