FARGO - A pig roast and silent auction benefit for Mark Berglund of Fargo is scheduled from 5 to 11 p.m. April 30 at The Bowler, 2630 S. University Drive. There will also be live music by Feedback.
Berglund was diagnosed with Stage 4 esophageal cancer in October, and proceeds from the benefit will help defray his medical costs.
A suggested donation is $10 per person, and DMF Lend A Hand will provide $5,000 in matching funds.
Donations are also being accepted online at www.dakmed.org/lendahand or payable to the Mark Berglund Benefit Fund at all Gate City Bank locations.
