McLeod Museum opens for the season

McLeod (N.D.) Museum opened for the season over Memorial Day and will be open Sunday afternoons from 2 to 5 p.m. in June, July and August.

The museum complex consists of the former McLeod Presbyterian Church; the Homestead House, a one-room house from the 1800s; the McLeod Fire Hall; and the former McLeod Soo Line depot.

The newest addition is the McLeod School, a work in progress. The museum opened in 1996. On the board of directors are Skip Milton, Ken Kensinger, Ann Hakanson, Doris Johnson, Daryl Sagvold, Steve Kensinger, Delores Haugen, Alice Johnson and Gordon Solhjem.
