Army Corps of Engineers officials have scheduled meetings next week in West Fargo and Kindred to discuss plans for the proposed Red River Diversion.
The meetings:
- 6 p.m. March 30: Community open house and corps presentation at the Kindred High School gymnasium, 55 1st Ave. S.
- 6:30 p.m. March 31: Community open house and corps presentation at West Fargo High School, 801 9th St. E.
These forums will come after another meeting of the Metro Flood Study Work Group on March 30.
There, corps officials will present information on diversion plans and changes that have been made, including updated cost estimates.
The meeting is at 9 a.m. in the Fargo Civic Center's Centennial Hall, 207 4th St. N. It is open to the public.
