Three new mid-level providers have joined MeritCare, Fargo.
Angela Diede is a physician assistant at MeritCare Neuroscience. She earned a physician assistant degree from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, and a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University. She was a radiology technician assistant at MeritCare.
Rebecca Elbert is a clinical nurse specialist for the adult psychiatry department at MeritCare South University. Elbert received a master's degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Shet worked for MeritCare as a registered nurse in psychiatry and as a house administrator. She was also one of MeritCare's first parish nurses. Elbert spent 21 years in the Army Nurse Corps and retired as a major in 2003.
Pamela Rustvang is a pediatric nurse practitioner in MeritCare Medical Center's pediatrics department. Rustvang earned a master's degree from the University of North Dakota and a bachelor's degree from McKendree College, Lebanon, Ill.
She was a pediatric nurse practitioner for Altru Health System, Grand Forks, and the Grand Forks Air Force Base.
