The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments will conduct two public meetings in Fargo to gather input about the metropolitan bicycle and pedestrian plan.
Meetings will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Dr. James Carlson Library and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 9 at the downtown main branch of the Fargo Public Library.
