State and local officials will join Microsoft leaders at 2 p.m. today for a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off expansion of its Fargo campus.
In May, Microsoft announced that it is building a 120,000-square-foot building, allowing space for 575 new employees.
The new building, scheduled for completion in 2009, will be the third on Microsoft's Fargo campus.
