Andrew Lutgen, Chris Wurtz, Ole Thomasson and Jared Allar have joined Mind Tremors, Fargo.
Lutgen will be responsible for creating visual effects on the company's Web sites.
Wurtz and Thomasson will both work as Web programmers.
Allar will work as a network administrator responsible for managing the company's servers and data center.
