FARGO - A moderate-risk sex offender has moved to north Fargo, according to a news release from Fargo police.
Tracy Marie Malingen had been living at 1423 6th Ave. S. in Fargo but moved to 1315 1st Ave. N.
Malingen was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1998 in Cass County. She knew the victims, who were under the age of 15 when she committed the crimes between 1987 and 1993, according to the news release.
