HAWLEY, Minn. -- Two people were injured when their vehicle struck a moose about 8:45 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 10 four miles west of Hawley.
Paul and Angela Mcrorey, both 30, of Moorhead, were airlifted to MeritCare Hospital in Fargo after the accident, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Angela Mcrorey is listed in satisfactory condition at the hospital. Paul Mcrorey was treated and released.
Two children, a 3-month-old and a 2-year-old, were not injured in the accident.
Paul Mcrorey was driving west in a 1993 Toyota at the time of the accident, according to the State Patrol.

The car was totaled and the cow moose was killed.
