Moorhead garbage service changes for Memorial Day

MOORHEAD — There will be no garbage pickup in Moorhead on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27.

Monday’s route, both garbage and recycling, for those who are scheduled for recycling pickup, will be picked up on Tuesday, May 28.

Crews will start pickup at 4 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28. Residents are asked to put their garbage out the night before to ensure pickup. Also, garbage may be picked up later in the day due to the double route.

Moorhead’s city offices and garbage transfer station will also be closed on Monday, May 27.
