A Moorhead man faces criminal sexual conduct charges in Clay County District Court.
Jose A. Marquez, 21, 2918 14th Ave. S., is charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to a court complaint, Marquez had sexual contact with a child under the age of 16 on several ocassions, with the most recent contact occurring Monday.
According to the complaint, Marquez admitted to investigators that he had sexual contact with the victim at least eight times.
Marquez was arrested after the charges were filed Tuesday.

He made a court appearance Wednesday. Conditions for release were set at $250,000 bond or cash bail.
